IXM Time

This section displays attendance-related settings of the selected Employee. Users will not be able to add or update any information from this page which is divided into three main sections:

Field Description of IXM Time

General

This section displays the selected Employee's general information related to IXM Time module as follows:

Reporting Group:

It displays Reporting Group of the Employee.

 

Employee Wages:

It displays the category of Wages of the Employee.

Shift Settings

This section displays Shift details of the selected Employee as follows:

Schedule:

It displays the Shift Schedule of the Employee.

 

Start Shift:

It displays the Shift assigned to the Employee.

 

Holiday:

It displays the Holiday Group assigned to the Employee.

 

Leave Group:

It displays the Leave Group assigned to the Employee.

 

Shift Based Access:

It displays "Enable" if the Employee has access to the Device on the basis of Shift. Otherwise, it will display "Disable".

Joining Date:

It displays the Joining Date of the Employee.

 

Confirmation Date:

It displays the Confirmation Date of the Employee.

Policies

This section displays the T&A related policies applicable to the selected Employee:

 

Attendance Policy:

It displays the Attendance Policy assigned to the Employee.

 

Late-IN Policy:

It displays the Late-IN Policy assigned to the Employee.

 

Early-OUT Policy:

It displays the Early-OUT Policy assigned to the Employee.

 

Overtime Policy:

It displays the Overtime Policy assigned to the Employee.
